This project consisted of the design of a new residence including a master suite, three bedrooms, a guest suite, and separate independent living quarters.  The first floor has a library & mezzanine level, study, indoor pool,  and five-car garages with a Porte Cochere.  The lower level consists of an entertainment room, theater, bowling lanes, and changing rooms for the pool. The exterior is a blending of slate, granite fieldstone, stucco with stained mahogany battens, and precast details.
